Oh, wow! So after my last post where I ranted a little bit about some of the inconveniences of using an RSS feed reader, a couple of you asked how to get a link at the bottom of every post...
It's truly SO simple! I'm excited to share it with you.
PLEASE NOTE: This does not affect your template, and you do not need to know html to do this. It's super easy and safe, and also easy to change or remove should you want to. :)
STEP 1: Create a link at the bottom of one of your old posts. Make it how you want it to look in each of your posts. It can be a simple text link like mine is, or it can be a photo that you add a link back to your blog on! I may try that next, but the simple text link is good to get me started.
STEP 2: Switch to HTML version and copy the html of the link you just created. If you're new to html and don't know what to look for, simply copy starting just after the last word that you do not want included. So in my example, I started copying after I saw the word "Charlie". Make sense?
STEP 3: Click on Settings.
STEP 4: Click on Site Feed.
STEP 5: Scroll down to where it says "Post Feed Footer" and paste the HTML you just copied in the space. Save it, and you're done!
And we're all now happier bloggers!
